You Asked, We Answered.

We get asked many questions about who, what, when and where can I order mydine meal prep. So we decided to create a little blog to help clear things up.

What is mydine?

How do I order?

Here’s our 1 minute “how to” order your mydine meals anywhere in the UK!

How does your meal prep work?

It’s simple! You select your meal package through our buy now service. Then you select your favourite breakfast, dinner or desserts and continue to checkout.

You can now customise your meals by changing the meal carbohydrates to sweet potato mash, boiled potatoes, white rice and traditional Jamaican rice and peas.

As soon as we receive your order, our chef will begin prepping and cooking your meals. We then will deliver them straight to your front door, anywhere in the UK!

Where do you deliver?

At the moment we deliver Nationwide – across England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland.

When and how will I receive my order?

Our delivery days are on Tuesday and Thursday. But we aim to fulfil and ship your order(s) when we receive them from you.

All of our meal boxes are shipped for the next working day from the date they have been cooked and packaged.

As food is prepared fresh, we do not do weekend deliveries. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the coming Monday.

Your meals will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with additional cool packs. Meals are packaged in individual CPET microwave safe and recyclable containers that are heat sealed with microwavable film to ensure food freshness.

How many deliveries a can I place?

As many as you’d like!
