What is The MyDine Set Menu Meal Prep Delivery Service?

Our set menu meal prep delivery service allows you to quickly select the Caribbean fusion meals you enjoy the most in a matter of seconds! This meal prep package gives you the ease of not having to put together meal combinations, as we’ve done it all for you.

All you need to do is simply select the meals you like the sound of the most and add them to your basket. Once you have selected a minimum of 5 meals, simply continue to checkout, select your meal delivery date and leave the rest to us! It’s that simple!

Our set menu meal preps makes it easier and quicker for those who are time short and want a quick and simple way of choosing their meal preps without the fuss.

Our set menu meal prep package includes the following meals that you can choose from (click meal name to read more):

includes: 200g Jerk Chicken Thigh with 150g Jamaican Rice & Peas and 30g Steamed Mixed Vegetables (carrots, green beans, sweet corn, garden peas).

Ingredients: chicken thigh, thyme, scotch bonnet, Spanish onions, garlic powder, pimento, thyme, lime, sugar, water, browning, basmati rice (washed), kidney beans, coconut milk, salt, pepper, carrots, green beans, sweet corn, garden peas

All of your meal preps are cooked within 24-hours of them being delivered to ensure they maintain their quality and freshness. We are, and have always been a 5-star food hygiene rated, and all our meals are cooked by professional chefs so you know you’re receiving only the best!

All your meal preps will arrive chilled in our temperature-controlled delivery boxes that are filled with ice packs to keep them cold. Meaning, your meals will arrive fresh and chilled and be ready for the fridge, freezer or microwave. We advise all our meal preps to be reheated in the microwave before consumption.

Yes, your meals can be frozen for up to 3-months. To reheat your meals from frozen, simply allow them to thaw for 20-minutes then add to the microwave for the time stated on the meal itself.

As all of our meal preps are cooked fresh and we do not use any artificial enhancers, stabilisers or preservatives. In the fridge, your meals will remain fresh for between 3 to 5 days from the date at which it was cooked, each meal will have a use by date so you know the remaining shelf life.

They are also great to obtaining your wellness goals; whether you’re trying to loose weight, bulk up, have specific dietary requirements or just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle meal preps are a great way to reach your goals.

Meal Prep Storage And Consumption Information

  • Your meal preps will arrive chilled in our temperature controlled box ready for the fridge.
  • Meals can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
  • Depending on the meal, they will remain fresh for between 3 to 5 days.
  • Meals containing rice must be reheated.
  • Meals excluding rice can be eaten chilled (between 1 to 4° C)

Microwave instructions (from chilled)

Poultry and red meat meal preps

  • Remove lid full and place loose on top of meal; add to microwave for 3½ to 4 ½ minutes (dependant on the power of your microwave).
  • Sauce pot(s) should be microwaved for 20 to 30 seconds (dependant on the power of your microwave). Lid(s) MUST be opened slightly to prevent bursting.

Fish meal preps

  • Remove lid full and place loose on top of meal; add to microwave for 3 to 3 ½ minutes (dependant on the power of your microwave).
  • Sauce pot(s) should be microwaved for 20 to 30 seconds (dependant on the power of your microwave). Lid(s) MUST be opened slightly to prevent bursting.

Vegetarian/Vegan meal preps

  • Remove lid full and place loose on top of meal; add to microwave for 3 to 3 ½ minutes (dependant on the power of your microwave).
