As you already know, most of our packaging materials are recyclable. From high quality Faerch Plast ready meal trays, to our chilled foil-insulated shipping boxes and reusable gel packs. We’re now aiming to reduce our paper usage.
As of April 1st we will no longer be sending printed order confirmations in your meal prep boxes. Don’t worry! Once you’ve place your order through Mydine.co.uk website you will automatically receive your order confirmation via email.
You’ll still receive your meal instructions in every order!
If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, simply check your spam or junk folder, as our emails can sometimes get lost in this digital world.
If you do not see your order confirmation at all! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will email it straight over to you.
If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order! You’ll be able to see when it is complete, order notes and any additional shipping information!
