My Dine is an online Caribbean-fusion meal prep company that produce fresh meals delivered straight to you. Our meals use traditional and contemporary Caribbean recipes as well as incorporating modern European dishes. Our dishes are also adapted to ensure that they are packed with nutritional goodness.  We save you time hassle and money.

It’s simple! You select your meal package through our  buy now service. Once you’ve decided on your meal package, select your favourite breakfast, dinner or desserts and continue to checkout. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll begin prepping your meals and will deliver your meals straight to your front door.

My Dine is different to all other meal prep companies; we provide calorie-controlled, flavourful, healthy Caribbean meals that use traditional recipes passed down over generations and cooked by our professional chefs. No Ja-fake-an food here! We also incorporate European-fusion cooking into our food.

Place an order

Click on the menu button and select the meal prep package that best suits you. Then select your meals, followed by the checkout; we’ll prepare and cook your meals and deliver them as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

Simply select your package and then pick your favourite meals. Once we receive your order we’ll process it and begin preparing and cooking your meals to deliver to you.

Yes, all the ingredients we use are fresh. We also incorporate freshly ground dried herbs and spices to add additional flavours to your meals.

Yes, all our meals are fresh and cooked to order as and when you place them through our website.

All of our meals arrive fresh, not frozen. However, if you’d like us to freeze your meals on arrival – please email us directly at support@mydine.co.uk.

Most of your should be immediately chilled in a fridge below 3 degrees Celsius. Other dishes should be stored at room temperature, please see our website for storage instructions of each meal. Meals will remain fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. Room temperature meals will remain fresh for 2 to 3 days when sealed. Some meals also be frozen for up to 3 months.

As many as you like, you can select as many packages as you like and re-order them as often as you like.


At the moment we deliver Nationwide – across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Yes, we deliver to places of work and at home, just add your chosen address and we’ll ship your meals directly to you.

We deliver in 3 working days of when your order is placed. But we aim to fulfil and ship your order(s) when we receive them from you.

All of our meal boxes are shipped for the next working day from the date they have been cooked and packaged.

As food is prepared fresh, we do not do weekend deliveries. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the coming Monday.

If you would like express delivery (at an additional charge) you will receive your meals the next working day.

Yes. We supply tracking numbers for all our shipments so you know when you’re meals will be delivered by our chosen courier service.


Most of our meals are to be reheated by microwave. They are delivered in CPET microwave safe containers. Some of our meals can also be eaten chilled or at room temperature (see meal descriptions for details).

Your meals will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with additional cool packs. Meals are packaged in individual CPET microwave safe containers and heat sealed with microwavable film to ensure their freshness.

No. Do not consume meals where the boxes have been damaged in such a way. In this event, please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your meals via email to support@mydine.co.uk

Our meal trays and film are recyclable. We also suggest for you to reuse the gel-based cool packs sent in each shipment. Simply refreeze and use them to transport a variety of goods.

Sales, Offers and Promotions

When you get to the checkout you can apply your discount code to your order. We will then deduct the value of the code from your order. Please note, only official discount and promotional codes will be valid on our website. Codes will either come from our marketing literature, official social media channels, customer referrals or our social media ambassadors.
